"I haven't been to the Dentist in years and after much urging from my wife, I decided I need to get back into the healthy teeth game. A esteemed colleague referred me to Premier Valley Dental and I can say; without a doubt, it was the best Dentist experience I've ever had. From scheduling the appointment to the initial exam itself, the process was painless (honestly) and seamless. Melissa and Victoria in the Front Office made the scheduling easy, professional, and efficient, and even kept me in the loop as my appointment got closer. I was greeted with smiles and a bottle of water. It was more like checking into a spa than a dental appointment. Kellie, the Hygienist, knows her stuff and possesses a unique degree of bedside manner. She explained each step of the exam and executed with perfection. The technology is the latest and greatest even the X-Rays technology makes my last visit (to another Dentist years ago) seem like the Stone Age. Dr. Schwei, the Dentist, was able to utilize their Space-Age technology before she walked into the room and she was ready to go over the hi-res tooth-by-tooth images and issues in detail once she arrived. She alerted me to the issues (gums mostly), potential issues (future root canal resulting from an old bar scuffle...ugh), and even the non-issues (no cavities!) with a unique degree of knowledge, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. Once my exam and cleaning was finished, I was greeted with more smiles, a swag bag of valuable dental items, and my follow-up appointment reminder. I highly recommend dumping your old crotchety dental practice and starting fresh (no pun intended) with the unique professionals at Premier Valley Dental." ~Joe C.

She was very concerned about my comfort and was very clear about my options; giving me the opportunity to make an informed choice about my treatment. "I can’t say enough nice things about this office! From Dr. Schwei being extremely skilled, so professional, personable, and so very sweet, to Melissa the awesome front office staff and the amazingly thorough hygentist Kellie!! Everyone here rocks and I always look forward to my apt’s w/ this office! I left my previous dentist because they were always nickel & diming me. I’m so grateful I did, because Premier Valley Dental has been the exact opposite.

"So yesterday was my first visit to this office. I left one of the known "dental chains" because the service was bad and everytime I went in I always felt like they were just trying to take my money. I chose Premier Valley Dental because of the great reviews on here and also because it's very close to where I live. As soon as I walked into Premier Valley Dental the service was great from the get go and after I checked in I didn't wait too long like I usually expect when I go to to the dentist. The whole time in the chair the dental hygienist, Kerrie made sure I was comfortable and informed on everything she was doing. The dentist, Alexandria Schwei was awesome as well! I met and talked with her briefly about my teeth. She was very informative and easy to talk to. She suggested a few things to me that my previous dentist never offered (even though one of those things was their mistake) and I didn't feel rushed like I had to spend my money right away. "I went for my first visit today and was impressed by how kind and informative the entire staff was. Going to the dentist can be scary for some, fortunately I did not feel any of that anxiety- and if I did the ladies would’ve put me at ease for sure. The office is beautiful and a very calm setting. I am grateful my friend referred me and do not dread having to return for future treatment. ~Susan M. |
